The Phoenix Phở Challenge full 32-team (restaurant) bracket is posted below. The full bracket consists of four regions. In the upper-left portion of the bracket, restaurants Phoung Dong through Pho Old Saigon will participate in "The Avenues" region. In the lower-left portion of the bracket, restaurants Dong Phuong Saigon through Pho Ao Sen will participate in the "Midtown Throwdown" region. In the upper-right portion of the bracket, Pho All Seasons through Pho Mesa will participate in the "Mammoth Mesa" region. Finally, in the lower-right portion of the bracket, Pho Chandler through Phu Thanh will participate in the "Southeast Valley" region.
The Phở-natic judges will update the bracket on a regular basis as winners advance. Follow along with this bracket, or with the more detailed regional bracket posted at the head of the blog. Or, use the bracket to create your own phở vs phở tournament!
